1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • The product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect

Note: Digital downloads and personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process

  • After I receive and inspect your return:

    ✅ Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method

    ⏳ Refunds typically appear within 3-7 business days​ (depends on your bank)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

I can’t issue refunds for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged by improper use

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Original shipping fees (unless I made an error)

4. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

I’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address details.
